Support for Ashen Frontier, the settlement survival strategy game.

Your first match

The first match is free. You can leave and resume that same saved match. Starting a new match or restarting requires the full-game unlock. Declining a purchase does not remove your saved match.

Unlocking the full game

Open Full Game on the title screen to see the price in your App Store region. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Restore a purchase

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase, then open Full Game → Restore Purchases. If Apple is waiting for approval, the game unlocks after the purchase is approved and verified. Do not purchase again while a transaction is pending.

Report a problem

Email your device model, iOS version, game version, and what happened. You may attach a screenshot if useful. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Saved games

Gameplay saves and preferences are stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove them. Restoring a purchase restores your full-game access; it does not restore a deleted local gameplay save.
