Information on your device

Ashen Frontier does not require a game account. Gameplay saves, settings, match results, and the identity of your free trial match are stored locally on your device. The game does not send this gameplay data to a developer-operated server.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases through the App Store. The game uses StoreKit to obtain product prices and verify whether the full-game purchase is active. We do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account password. Purchase and entitlement information is processed in the app to unlock the game and restore purchases. Apple's services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Advertising and tracking

The game does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate the reported issue. Avoid sending sensitive information. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence using the contact address below, subject to applicable retention requirements.

This website

These support pages use no advertising, analytics scripts, or cookies. The hosting server may record ordinary access information, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information, to serve and secure the website. This is separate from gameplay data.

Your choices

You can change settings in the game and remove local app data by deleting the app. Deleting local data does not cancel or refund a purchase made through Apple. Contact Apple for purchase and refund requests.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion.
